the company said that, despite claims from customer jack himes that the mouse looked like it had been cooked, an independent veterinary pathologist discovered that the vermin entered the packet alive after it left the factory, findings that were supported by the montana department of health, the report claimed. evidence of mouse droppings were also discovered in the packet, giving further weight to the claims that the mouse entered the packet alive and then died.
