unilever has refused to be drawn on fresh reports that it is looking to sell its findus frozen food business in italy. a report in the financial times said the consumer goods giant is planning to send out “an information memorandum” within the next two weeks. talk of a planned sale first emerged late last year but a spokesman for unilever’s business in italy declined to comment on what he termed as “rumours”. more
