new zealand dairy market opens up for european raw milk imports

danone sells stake in coca-cola courted, chinese juice firm

danone has agreed to sell its stake in china huiyuan juice group for significantly less than what coca-cola offered before its acquisition bid was blocked last year by chinese competition authorities. under the latest agreement, danone is selling its 22.98 per cent share in huiyuan to hong kong-based private equity firm saif partners for hk$ 6.00 per share. the sale of the shareholding adds up to about €200m, according to danone. more

frustrated ehpm takes health claims concerns to european ombudsman
